1. Overview
RF Consultant provides radio frequency (RF) signal generators and related hardware for engineers, developers, educators, and hobbyists. All products are manufactured, supported, and sold directly by the designer.
2. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are securely processed via WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others.
- If your payment is declined or flagged by your card issuer, please try an alternate card or contact your bank directly.
- We do not store or handle your payment information directly.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- We currently ship to customers within the United States. For international orders, please contact us prior to checkout.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
4. Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns for unused products in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at robert@rf-consultant.com with your order details.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom configurations or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
5. Product Warranty and Support
- All products are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Lifetime product support is provided directly by the engineer/designer via email.
- Software and firmware updates are provided at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper connection, or physical damage.
- Operation outside of specified voltage, frequency, or power ranges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, software, text, images, and documentation, is the property of RF Consultant and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
- All RF products are intended for use by technically competent individuals. Misuse may result in equipment damage or regulatory violations.
- RF Consultant is not responsible for any harm, interference, or unintended effects caused by the use of our products.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local or federal regulations (e.g., FCC guidelines) regarding RF transmission and testing.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RF Consultant be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
