Refund and Returns Policy

At RF Consultant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a clear and fair return policy outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition and undamaged as originally shipped.
- Opened or used items may still be returned as long as they are returned within the 30-day window and pass inspection.
- All returns must be received, tested, and approved before a refund is issued. Please allow up to 1 week for testing and 15 additional days for processing.
Cancellations
We may accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on the order status. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please email us at robert@rf-consultant.com. No RMA number is required. Include your order number and reason for return in the message.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- International returns are accepted, but international customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 15 days after testing is complete.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at robert@rf-consultant.com first. We may be able to provide a solution before return is necessary.
Other Notes
- Sale items are eligible for refund, but will be refunded at the sale price.
- There are no restocking fees.
- We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.
- Defective or incorrect items will receive return shipping coverage for U.S. customers only.
